I've broken down on the M5 between J10 and J11, what should I do?
Get your vehicle onto the hard shoulder if you can, exit through the left doors and wait behind the barrier up the bank, never in the car. Call 999 or National Highways first so the lane can be protected, then ring us on 07585 046329. We recover cars, vans and light commercials from the motorway and can take you onward or home.
Can you recover a car from Cleeve Hill or the common?
Yes. The lanes up Cleeve Hill are narrow and steep with limited passing places, so park as far left as you safely can and stay off the carriageway. Tell us exactly where you are: near the golf club or the common car parks helps. We carry winching gear for soft verges, plus soft straps and skates for low classics.
My car won't start in a Cheltenham Racecourse car park on a race day, can you still get to it?
Usually yes, though race day traffic around Prestbury Park and the Evesham Road is heavy, so let us know which car park and which entrance you are nearest. If stewards are still on site, tell them you have recovery coming. We can try a jump start, or load the vehicle and take it away if it will not run.
