My car has broken down on the M5 between junction 6 and junction 7 at Worcester, where is it safest to wait?
Get well onto the hard shoulder, leave by the nearside doors and wait behind the barrier up the bank, never in the vehicle. Ring 999 first if you are stuck in a live lane. When you call us, give the marker post number and the last junction you passed, it helps us reach you on the right carriageway.
Can you get my car out of a multi-storey car park in Worcester city centre?
Usually yes. Height barriers and tight ramps mean the truck often cannot come in, so we move the car out on wheel skates to a safe loading point at street level, then load it there. Tell us the level you are on, the height limit and whether the car still steers and rolls, and we will plan it properly.
There has been a shunt on Worcester Bridge and my car will not drive, can you collect it?
Yes. Roadside collection after an accident is free, subject to T&Cs. The bridge is a pinch point into St Johns, so if the car still rolls and it is safe, get it clear onto a side road and wait on the pavement, not in the vehicle. Ring us with your exact spot and we will bring the truck to you.
