My car has died on Clopton Bridge in the traffic. Where should I wait for you?
Clopton Bridge is narrow and the traffic keeps moving, so put your hazards on, leave the handbrake firmly applied and get everyone out onto the footway if it is safe to do so. Wait well back from the carriageway and give us a ring. We are used to loading in tight town centre spots and will work with the traffic.
Can you recover a car from the theatre car parks after an evening performance?
Yes. Those car parks can be tight, particularly after an evening performance when bays are full and the exits are busy. If headroom or a barrier makes loading awkward, we can winch the car onto skates and move it out to open ground first. Tell us the car park, the level and the bay when you ring and we will sort access.
I have had a shunt on the A46 bypass. What should I do while I wait?
Get yourselves somewhere safe first: pull as far left as you can, leave by the nearside doors and wait behind the barrier, well away from live lanes. Then ring us on 07585 046329, day or night. Roadside collection after an accident is free, subject to our T&Cs, and we can take the car straight to your garage or our base.
