Get onto the hard shoulder or into an emergency area if you can, exit through the passenger door and wait behind the barrier, never in the vehicle. Ring the roadside phone or call us on 07585 046329 and give us your marker post number. We cover that Bromsgrove to Worcester stretch and load cars, vans and LCVs.
Can you recover a car from the narrow lanes around Bredon Hill?
Yes. Those lanes above Elmley Castle and Bredon are tight with high banks and soft verges, so we plan the approach and often winch a vehicle out to firmer ground before loading. We carry soft straps and wheel skates for low or classic cars, so nothing gets dragged over the kerbs or dropped into a ditch.
I have had an accident on the A44 near Worcester, what happens next?
Make sure everyone is safe and clear of the carriageway first, then call us.
