Breakdown services on the M5
The M5 is our local motorway: junctions 6 and 7 at Worcester, junction 9 at Tewkesbury and junctions 10 and 11 at Cheltenham are all a short run from our Evesham base, along with Strensham services. We recover cars, vans and light commercial vehicles from the M5 day and night, and take them home, to a garage, or onward anywhere in the UK.
If your vehicle is failing, try to leave at the nearest junction or reach the hard shoulder, pull well over, and get everyone out and behind the barrier before you phone. If you are stuck in a live lane, stay belted in with your hazards on and call 999 first. Once you're somewhere safe, call 07585 046329 with your junction or the number on the nearest marker post, and we'll give you an honest arrival estimate and a clear price before we set off.

I've broken down on the M5 between junctions 6 and 7. What should I do first?
Get onto the hard shoulder if you can, as far left as possible, then leave through the passenger doors and wait up the bank behind the barrier. Never stay in the vehicle. If you are stuck in a live lane, stay belted in with hazards on and ring 999 first. When you call us, the marker post number tells us exactly where you are.
Can you collect a vehicle from Strensham services?
Yes, both sides. Park in the main car park rather than the fuel forecourt if the vehicle still moves, and let the services staff know it is waiting for recovery. Tell us which side you are on, northbound or southbound, because they are only reachable separately. We load cars, vans and light commercial vehicles there routinely.
Do you cover the M5 at Tewkesbury and Cheltenham as well as Worcester?
Yes. Junction 9 at Ashchurch and junctions 10 and 11 at Cheltenham are a short run from our Evesham base, as are junctions 6 and 7 at Worcester. Wherever we pick you up on that stretch, we can take the vehicle home, to a garage of your choice, or onward anywhere in the UK by arrangement.
