What we collect and why
When you call, email or message us, we collect the details we need to do the job: your name, phone number, your vehicle’s details, where it is and where it needs to go. We use this information to provide the service you’ve asked for, to quote for work, and to keep the records we are required to keep for accounting purposes. Our legal bases under UK GDPR are performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running the business.
This website
When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to use analytics cookies. Nothing optional is set until you choose. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie choices link at the bottom of any page.
Essential. One small cookie remembers the choice you made, so we do not ask again on every page. This one is always set, because without it the banner could not work.
Optional analytics. If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as our processor, and the data may be transferred outside the UK under Google's standard contractual clauses. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell anything to anyone. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded.

The contact form. If you use the form on this website, the name, phone number, email address and message you enter are sent to us by email so that we can reply. We keep website enquiries for up to 12 months unless they turn into a job, in which case the normal job records above apply. The form is protected by a simple limit on how often it can be used from the same connection.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to do the job you’ve asked for: for example, with a garage receiving your vehicle, or with your insurer if we are recovering your vehicle as part of an accident claim, and with our accountant for record-keeping obligations.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep job records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (normally six years), then delete them. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to our use of it.
